Returns:
If the product is found unsatisfactorily within 30 days of the invoice date, simply return the unused/unopened cartridge for a full refund excluding shipping and handling charges. To process your return, please contact Customer Service to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Your RA number must accompany all returned merchandise. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid, with our RA visibly written on the mailing label. When returning the item to Direct Express Office Supplies please enclose a copy of your original invoice and a completed Return Authorization Form. All returns, if accepted, must be in re-salable condition. Inner packing, if any, must remain unopened and free of any markings, labels, etc. Return Authorization Form
 
Defective Product:
Defective products must be reported within 90 days of the invoice date. If you receive a defective product, Direct Express Office Supplies Inc. will send you a replacement cartridge. You will be sent an Art label for you to return the defective cartridge. When returning the defective cartridge, you must enclose the following:
Copy of original invoice
Completed return authorization form
A sample print showing the problem
 
To process your return, please contact customer service to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number which needs to be included with the defective cartridge.
 
Damaged Merchandise/Shipping Claims:
All Claims for damaged merchandise or shipping shortages must be made within 5 days of the invoice date. Direct Express Office Supplies Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact customer service with any questions regarding damaged merchandise.
 
Canceled Orders:
Processed orders cannot be canceled. The customer is responsible for all freight charges and a 15% restocking fee on all canceled orders or refused deliveries.
